Charging for museum entry

Start to charge people £1 (or Bristol Pound) for entry to museums.  Children upto 18 and those receiving concessions should be exempt from any charge.

Why the contribution is important

The additional income will contribute to the running costs of museums which means that council funding to museums will reduce, contribute to making £90m in savings over the next three years/enable the council to reallocate money to frontline services
