Easy and effective signage for the Bristol Bath cycle path

I would like to see the signs more distinctive, visible and easier to follow on the Bristol Bath cycle path. They are difficult to follow at present, especially the part from Temple Meads to Easton. It is not easy to see directions, or distinguish it from other local paths, also marked in blue. If there could be a sign with a distinctive logo, marking it out as that path. similar things have been done with footpaths elsewhere- ie Avon Valley loop in Devon. If local artists or schools could have a competition for the best design it would be fantastic, and make the path look great. Ideally too it would identify where the path exits are higher up-ie Fishponds.

Why the contribution is important

It will make cycling from the city more accessible to families and people with disabilities who struggle with wordy signs. It would help "brand" the path, and add to the identity of the city as a unique, creative, innovative and cycle friendly place.
