Open up more of the city centre once a month for market stalls. eg around the docs and queens square

Why the contribution is important

Encourage new businesses and give them an opportunity. Give people a wider choice of goods. Encourage community spirit. Put us on map with other large european cities. allow people to get market permits for the day and a stall for low rent.

    Love this idea! And I recon we can add to this to allow a 'free market' on this day. In some European cities they do this and allows everyone to sell their stuff anywhere in the city centre. Great idea as it creates a lovely atmosphere.
