Enforcement officers
My idea is for Enforcement Officers to Patrol and move on Beggers from Cash Points within Bristol. It is very unsettling, especially for loan females, when withdrawing cash, especially at night. You feel like you have to give something.
Also moving on Skateboarders from Car Parks, Private Areas, Buisness Parks and other areas as it looks bad and damage is being caused, and I know it is for a fact.
Why the contribution is important
This is a good idea because it will improve the look of Bristol because of this situation, and also make people feel safer.

Enforcement action against begging would be a police responsibility
Worth bearing in mind that under the pressure of finding £90 million additional savings, the council will be losing employees as well

Why not propose a positive idea to help address the homelessness issue, rather than sugggesting it be swept under the rug to superficially improve Bristol's image?
Surely you have more legitmate concerns than beggars trying to get a few coins and kids having fun in car parks?

And it's not a narrow minded idea at all, you ask anyone you like of they feel uncomfortable late at night with these people hanging around cash points. It's a problem that needs addressing and not swept under the carpet at all.
