Marsh St - Baldwin St Trafic Lights

The trafic lights from Marsh street onto Baldwin Street only allows a maximum of one car to pass at congested periods versus approximately twelve accross the junction along Baldwin St.

I belive this could be vastly improved by syncronising these lights with the set of trafic lights only a few yards away joining Colston Av to allow equal flow of trafic from both directions.

Reduce an area of severe connection in the city centre.
