Saving Money

My idea is to reduce the savings across the city by not putting up the christmas lights on until December 1st.

Why the contribution is important

Pretty sure that this won't save £90m but I suppose it's a start.

a good start.. also advising people to go for LED lightings which will save energy consumption..

I really like that idea. The lights are pretty but do we need them up 6 weeks or more before Christmas?
