single person discount

People who are granted a single person discount should recieve an additional letter with their council tax yearly bill that they have to sign and return to the council to maintail this discount.

Why the contribution is important

Increase the amount of money collected, at no cost.

I think something similar already happens the single person discount has to be renewed every year
