Uncover the fountains in the centre

In order to maximise the potential of the harbour festival and to create a riverside cultural area, the fountains in the city centre should be uncovered to all ow the harbour to extend into the centre of bristol. A shared pedestrian bridge could be put in and vendors encouraged to set up on the new harbourside

It would reduce spend on maintaining the fountains, cut down on revellers congregating on the centre and create investment and interest.
